The KRL Consulting Process
Whatever training is undertaken, the ultimate aim is to create a valuable return on investment for the customer, through positive tangible results. To achieve this effectively requires more than a stimulating and motivating training session on the day. As KRL Consulting, we see the process as fourfold – each part being equally important in meeting client needs.
Moreover, this is not a one-off process, but a continuous one, thus allowing course revisits and re-design where appropriate and as feedback dictates.
Aims of each stage:
- Diagnosis: to achieve clarity of objectives with all parties involved
- Design: to enable delivery of a compelling session
- Delivery: to facilitate an inspiring environment wherein objectives are met
- Evaluation: to ensure the effectiveness of the training and, thus, the cost-effectiveness for the organisation, and to identify the next step in training needs
